Enquiries
When you choose Save enquiry, we store your name or business name, phone number, location, request details, submission time and follow-up status in our Supabase database. Approved administrators can use these details to respond and arrange support. Saving an enquiry does not confirm an appointment or purchase.
WhatsApp and other services
WhatsApp links open a prepared draft, which you decide whether to send. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy terms. Google Maps and Instagram links open those services. Vercel hosts the website, Supabase provides database and account services, and Google Fonts supplies the site font. These providers receive the network information needed to deliver their services.
Reviews
Review submissions store your chosen public name, rating, message and submission time. They remain pending until moderated. If approved, your name, rating, text and date appear publicly. Please do not include private contact details in your review. Moderation does not imply verified purchase.
Staff accounts
Supabase manages staff email, authentication and account recovery. The website uses local browser storage to maintain a signed-in session. Registering an account does not grant administrative access. Customers do not need an account to submit an enquiry.
Activity counts
We keep daily totals for call clicks, WhatsApp clicks, completed finder drafts, saved enquiries and enquiry errors. These counts contain no names, phone numbers, messages, page URLs or visitor identifiers. A contact click indicates intent and does not prove a completed conversation. The browser’s Do Not Track setting is respected for these counts. Hosting providers may retain their own operational logs.
Correction, deletion and questions
Enquiry and review records are retained until removed by an authorised administrator; automatic expiry is not currently configured. To request correction or deletion, call +91 73855 24449 and identify the record. Staff account deletion can also be requested through the business. We may need to confirm that a request relates to your own information before acting.
